These Terms govern use of this BELLA Homestay website and its account-connection features. They do not replace any separate terms that may apply to a BELLA accommodation booking or stay.
1. Purpose of this website
This website provides public information about BELLA Homestay and a controlled integration surface for connecting authorized BELLA social-media accounts to BELLA's internal marketing systems.
2. Authorized use
Account-connection features are intended only for people authorized to act for the relevant BELLA account. You must not attempt to connect an account you do not control or have permission to administer.
3. TikTok integration
Where TikTok Login is available, authorization occurs through TikTok. The initial integration is limited to account identification and reading public video information made available under the permissions accepted by the account holder. BELLA does not use this connection to publish, edit or delete TikTok content unless a separate future feature is expressly introduced, authorized and documented.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, probe or bypass security controls, interfere with service availability, submit malicious code, misrepresent your authority, or use the integration in violation of applicable platform terms or law.
5. Availability and changes
Features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, platform-policy changes or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Third-party services
Features that connect to TikTok or other services are also subject to those providers' terms, policies, availability and authorization requirements. BELLA is not responsible for independent third-party service changes.
7. Intellectual property
BELLA names, site content and original materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These Terms do not grant rights to copy or commercially reuse BELLA materials beyond normal use of this website.
8. Disclaimer
This integration website is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing on this page constitutes a guarantee of platform approval, API availability or continued access to any third-party feature.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when features or requirements change. Continued use after revised Terms are published is subject to the updated version.
